Exceleration Part 2

Every INDIVIDUAL has a special competency. some has it openly demonstrated and some are having the sleeping one. Its the duty  of the LEADER to unearth and bring forward those competencies and sharpen / hone these for the better utilization of such competencies in the overall objectives of the organization.  If any such competency is not traced and the talent of the individuals not honed, the organization is at huge loss ...
